Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant - Business SupportLocation: Leeds City CentreSalary: 20000 - 24000Working Pattern: Full-timeExperience required: Experience in a similar administrative roleAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a Business Support Team at a well-established Yorkshire law firms city centre office.This is a very customer service-focused role predominantly inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system producing relevant letters and documents and answering and directing phone calls through the busy main telephone switchboard. You will be speaking directly to clients so a professional and confident telephone manner is essential.The successful candidate will be a quick learner and accurate worker able to follow instructions carefully whilst dealing with a high volume of work.
