The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client relationships, overseeing debt recovery processes, and ensuring the financial stability of our client's expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reducing Client current outstanding debtors balance
  • Dealing with multiple large clients
  • Chasing payment using the telephone, email (high volume)
  • Dealing with and resolving client queries
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts
  • Management of query resolution, chasing our partners where required
  • Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required
  • Maintain active communication both internally and externally
  • Dealing with day to day instructions
