Commercial Gas Engineer Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + Company Van + Overtime + Benefits Location: Midlands (covering multiple sites) Employment Type: Permanent About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading building services and facilities maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. You’ll be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of commercial properties – including secure and live environments such as prisons, so professionalism and reliability are essential. This is a mobile role, working on a portfolio of public and private sector sites across the region. Key Responsibilities * Carry out servicing, fault finding, and repairs on commercial heating and hot water systems. * Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites. * Work safely and efficiently in live environments (e.g., prisons, offices, and public buildings). * Complete compliance documentation and ensure work is carried out to current gas regulations. * Participate in a call-out rota and overtime when required. Requirements * Current Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 / CODNCO1) and relevant elements (e.g., CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1). * Proven experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer in a maintenance or FM environment. * Valid...
