Facilities Manager Location: WhiteleySalary: Up to £41,460 per annum, depending on experienceWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexibility required for business needsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of our key support services across cleaning, catering, security, and reception, while also maintaining oversight of hard services delivered by a third-party provider. This is a pivotal role, ensuring that all service operations run to the highest standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop the soft services teams, ensuring effective delivery across cleaning, catering, security, and reception operations.Oversee third-party management of hard services, maintaining strong operational understanding to ensure service quality and compliance.Manage supplier contracts and monitor KPIs/SLAs, driving continuous improvement across all service lines.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including health & safety, food hygiene, SIA regulations, and building maintenance standards.Develop and implement policies, schedules, and quality audits to maintain consistently high standards.
