Job DescriptionBusiness Systems AnalystPermanentLocation: Home / Durham (2 days on site)Salary: 36000 - 40000 ( excellent benefits)Are you a proactive and analytical problem-solver with a passion for improving systems and processesWere looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a busy and forward-thinking technology team within a large public sector organisation.In this role youll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to help design analyse and improve systems and applications that support critical operations. Youll contribute to requirements gathering system analysis and high-level solution design helping to ensure technical change delivers real business value.What youll be doing:Supporting system upgrades and new implementations by capturing requirements and mapping processesAnalysing current services and identifying opportunities for improvement or automationProducing documentation such as process maps high-level designs and test casesCollaborating with technical teams and business users to define and deliver changeContributing to post-implementation reviews and identifying lessons learnedWhat youll bring:Some experience in business or systems analysis ideally in a complex or public sector environmentAn analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsFamiliarity with tools or techniques such as process modelling value stream mapping or gap analysisA relevant qualification or degree (or equivalent practical experience)Required Experience:IC Key Skills Administration And Accounting,Law Enforcement,AECOM,Apache,ABB,Corporate Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 36000 - 40000
