Youll be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in architecture working on high-profile London projects that combine innovation sustainability and design excellence.This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Technician or Architectural Technician with proven experience in the architecture or construction sector and who is confident using Revit Navisworks and other BIM software.Package:DOEPrivate Health Care (after probation)Generous Additional Annual LeaveHybrid working (1 day per week from home 5 work from anywhere days)Cycle to Work & Season Ticket Loan schemesPersonal training budget CPDs Lunch & Learn sessionsComplimentary breakfast snacks & weekly social drinksB-Corp certified practiceOffice: West End LondonHours: Full-time (9:30am 6:00pm) 37.5 hours per week (flexible start and lunch times)Duties:Support the BIM Manager in implementing digital construction and BIM proceduresManage digital files templates and drawing documentationAssist with Revit family creation and software standardsProvide quality control for BIM output across the studioHelp resolve BIM modelling and coordination issuesContribute to clash detection and design coordination meetingsUpskill and support junior team members in software useRequirements:Degree or HNC/HND in a construction-related subjectMinimum 3 years experience in a similar BIM Specialist or BIM Technician roleExtensive knowledge of Revit (Navisworks and ACC advantageous)Experience using AutoCAD InDesign Rhino or Enscape preferredStrong communication and organisation skillsDetail-driven with excellent problem-solving abilityCollaborative and proactive with a passion for digital design innovationRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Aeronautical,Healthcare Attorney,Fitness,General Services,Account Management,Export Documentation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 35000 - 45000
