Learning Support Assistant

Join our inclusive and supportive team as a Learning Support Assistant at a school committed to providing all children with an education that meets their individual needs

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our pupil reach their full potential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with special needs.

Our school values the well-being of all staff and is committed to providing a supportive work environment. The role offers a long-term opportunity, with a daily rate of £100 to £120 dependent on experience, starting immediately and potentially continuing until July 2024 or even longer. The role is full-time, working 35 hours per week from 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

What we are looking for in our new Learning Support Assistant:

  • Passionate about providing all children with an inclusive education
  • Experience of working with SEN children (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Psychology Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Level 2 and 3 TAs are encouraged to apply
  • £100-£120 per day
  • Full time, Long Term (potential for a permanent role)
  • ASAP start
