Job OverviewWe are recruiting a Technical Administrator for our prestigious client in Newtown. You will be reporting to the Technical Manager and will be carrying out a range of tasks including specifications, audits and internal processes.Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30Duties * Develop and maintain all specifications to meet internal and customer requirements * Support the commercial team to answer technical queries * Complete internal and external audits with the team * Maintain and update allergen information * In the absence of the lab analyst, release finished products * External visits * Keen up to date records of all results and audits * Manage specification portals * Be part of the HAACP team * Raise and log complaints with the QA team, and support with investigations. * Receive and log all raw material COA * Assist with the company's food safety management system and make sure that all NCR are managed and updatedSkills and Experience * Organisation and time management * Work towards deadlines * Experience with food specification systems * Intermediate HAACP (achieved or working towards) * Food Safety Level 3 (achieved or working towards) * Internal Audit Qualifications (achieved or working towards)If you feel you may be able to make a success of this role, then please do not hesitate to apply.You can also speak with a member of our team for more information on the role, or If this position isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on (phone number removed)
