Job Title: Marketing Junior

Job Overview: 

As a Marketing Junior, you'll be a key player in helping us plan and execute events. You'll also support our marketing team with social media scheduling, creating cool designs, and keeping everything running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Event Planning and Coordination: 
• Help plan and organise company events, conferences and webinars.  
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and venues to make sure everything is set up perfectly. 
• Assist in creating event materials like invitations and programs. 
• Be on-site during events to help with setup and execution.  
• Marketing Support: 
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. 
• Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva and CapCut. 
• Help keep the marketing calendar updated with all our activities and deadlines. 
• Administrative Tasks: 
• Keep track of event plans. 
• Provide general support to the marketing team. 

Qualifications: 

• A-levels or equivalent. 
• Interest in event planning and marketing. 
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). 
• Basic graphic design skills and experience using design tools (Canva). 
• Strong organisational skills. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work well in a team.
