Duties are varied and include Dealing with suppliers and being first line of contact after training.
- Ensuring projects are run on time
- Ensuring projects are running within finance and health & Safety legislations and contract conditions
- Need to be confident and an excellent communicator to build on relationships with suppliers and clients
- Support Surveyors with written responses for projects and framework tender opportunities
- Plan, Coordinate and manage project for the sites
- Organising project files
- Oversee company website and social media profiles (twitter Insta and LinkedIn)
- Oversee Marketing of new clients
- Assistance in Health & Safety management
