Payroll & Benefits Specialist - 6 month FTC - Hybrid - up to £45,000 per annumOakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a professional services company, looking for a Payroll Specialist, on a 6 month FTC basis. The Payroll Specialist will lead payroll for 2,000 employees, whilst responsible for the accurate benefits data input & compliance, for their UK entities. This role is on a hybrid basis consisting of 1 - 2 days in their London office.The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations, tax laws, and pension auto-enrolment requirements. Strive to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Ownership of the Company's pension & benefit payroll administration strategy with various project related tasks Support year-end payroll processes, including the production of annual P11D forms and Company Car administration.Key Skills: Min 3-5 years of experience working within Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Administration Ability to effectively manage personal workload, including understanding priorities, delivering to tight timelines and managing customer expectations.
