Building rapport earning respect and fostering collaboration across Planning Warehousing Production Engineering and Quality will be key to your success.Youll combine strategic thinking with the credibility to influence at every level from the shop floor to senior management ensuring that supply chain performance drives operational excellence customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.What Youll DoLead the Supply Chain function for the Bridgwater site covering Planning Scheduling and Warehousing.Deliver performance excellence against all supply chain KPIs including OTIF waste working capital and stock accuracy.Drive planning and scheduling optimisation ensuring effective MRP and inventory management that supports production and customer demand.Champion safety quality and compliance across warehouse operations embedding a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.Identify and lead supply chain initiatives reducing waste improving service and optimising cost per pallet and OEE performance.Build and develop a high-performing team fostering talent succession and strong leadership behaviours aligned with Refrescos values.Collaborate cross-functionally within the Plant Leadership Team to support site-wide projects efficiency programmes and performance targets.About YouYoure an accomplished supply chain professional who thrives in dynamic fast-moving environments.
