This is a hands-on, transformational role where you will optimise processes, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead supply planning, aligning closely with demand forecasts and business priorities.Manage 3PL partners, optimising logistics, warehousing, and operational processes.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing order flows and resolving issues efficiently.Own ERP/MRP systems, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement.Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and customer service team.About You
