CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT - Birkenhead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to work as a Conveyancing Assistant. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide support to the conveyancing team by assisting with various administrative tasks related to property transactions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:

  • Salary up to £25,000 p.a.
  • 35 hour working week Monday to Friday
  • Working in a team of 3

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT'S DAY

- Assist with the preparation and completion of legal documents for property transactions- Conduct research and gather information related to property titles, deeds, and mortgages- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process- Dealing with pre contract enquiries- Coordinating exchange of contracts on sale and purchase transactions- Review and report on mortgage offers- Maintain accurate records and files for each transaction- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients regarding the progress of their transactions- Assist with the organization and management of closing documentsDoes this sound like a good fit for you? - Previous experience working in a conveyancing or real estate environment is preferred- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology related to property transactions- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
