Join IQVIA as a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales growth for our client’s portfolio by implementing the National Strategy across a dedicated therapy area. This exciting opportunity will have you focusing on developing and executing account plans to overcome capacity and access barriers, ensuring rapid uptake of the client’s approved medicines
.
Your Role:
Working in collaboration with the National Sales Manager, Medical Science Liason’s, other Key Account Managers and Health Care Providers your role will entail:
- Developing and implementing robust account plans to meet sales targets.
- Allocating sources effectively and monitor progress in key accounts taking ownership of accounts within your territory.
- Building strong customer relationships and utilising existing contacts to secure sales, demonstrating in depth knowledge of the product.
- Preparing and onboarding new stake holders for future product launches.
- Identifying, networking and nurturing meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders and advocates.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Sales Expertise: Strong selling, commercial acumen, and negotiating skills gained from similar, relevant roles.
- Demonstrable experience in market access and developing patient pathways.
- Relationship Skills: The ability to build positive relationships with HCP's
- Motivation, adaptability and proactiveness.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procedures and compliance as well as the pharmaceutical market.
- High level of clinical knowledge
