The Team Leader will supervise motivate and support the team to ensure Assistive Technology services are delivered in line with the KPIs and standards of Nottingham City Council Housing Services.Working closely with the Nottingham on Call Business Manager and the Assistive Technology Development Manager you will contribute to developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.As an Assistive Technology Team Leader you will champion a culture of excellence and outstanding customer serviceensuring every team member understands and delivers high-quality support to our diverse customer base.About you:The ideal candidate will have:Experience of or have the skills to fully manage coach and support teams preparing delegating and implementing daily work schedules to facilitate the effective achievement of call volumes and priority callsExperience of or have the skills to of implementing recording systems monitoring actions and outcomes to measure and monitor performance of service deliveryExperience of or ability to monitor SLA to ensure service standards are maintained including dealing with non-conformance issues.Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and effectively organise and prioritise own workload use own initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely mannerMust be flexible and be prepared to work at other office locations according to the needs of the service and work a rotational shift pattern including days afternoons and evenings on a rota basis and would be expected to work night shift patterns as required at short noticeAbility to demonstrate skills to improve services and performance for our tenants and leaseholders and demonstrate a highly customer focussed attitude.Full duties of the job description can be foundhere.Please ensure you demonstrate clearly how you meet the 6 requirements in your CV & supporting document.Essential Requirements:A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essentialThis post is subject to an enhanced DBS checkClosing Date: 30th November 2025 (midnight)- Please note there may be occasions where we close the advert before the closing date and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.If you have any queries about the role or the recruitment process please contact us via email: recruitment@If you have any technical issues when completing your application please contact our Employee Service Centre: applying to this job you agree to ourTerms & Conditions.
