You will:Support the Stock Condition Survey Manager in gathering and updating housing asset data.Inspect homes to record condition and help identify repair and improvement needs.Work alongside experienced surveyors and housing teams to ensure properties meet safety legal and quality standards.Receive full training and development to grow your surveying expertise.About YouWe welcome applicants from housing trades maintenance and construction backgrounds. Previous surveying experience is not required full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have:Experience in housing property maintenance or a trade (e.g. carpentry plumbing electrics plastering general building)Good knowledge of domestic building types and property upkeepA willingness to learn surveying methods regulations and reporting toolsStrong communication and teamwork skillsMotivation to build a career in housing and property managementPrevious surveying qualifications are not essential but an HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent would be an advantage.Full duties of the job description can be foundhere.How to ApplyPlease ensure your CV and supporting statement clearly demonstrate how you meet the requirements above.
