Please note: Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship.​ ​ A day in the life of a Deputy Manager would include: * Providing support, guidance and mentoring to staff within the service whether that be with supervisions, 1-2-1 or weekly team briefings * Onboarding new starters to ensure they understand the role and are equipped to deliver high quality support * Ensuring we have efficient rotas in place to suit the needs of the people we support * Maintaining care and support plans are consistent and up to date * Ensuring the service operates to budget * Setting objectives which are clear, aspirational and achievable for our colleagues and people we support * Provide on call support to colleagues on a rota basis * Ensuring the home is maintained and liaising with our health and safety and maintenance teams where appropriate ​ What makes us proud to be apart of AU ​ Our ideal candidate would have: * NVQ level 3 in social care/management (pre...
