Working alongside the Care Coordinator Team Leader and supported by the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager you will be front of house, helping to run an established office and coordinating a great care team. This fantastic opportunity would suit eitheran experienced Care Coordinator or a Care Worker looking to take the next step in their career.

**About you**:
- Good organisational skills and able to work in a fast-paced changeable environment
- Holder of an enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
- Confident telephone manner and people skills
- Sound IT knowledge
- Experience of care delivery management systems is desirable but not essential
- Prior experience of frontline care delivery would be advantageous
- Prepared to join the weekend on-call rota
