Business risk and control specialist

We are currently working with a global financial services organisation on the recruitment of a business risk and control specialist on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a global role as part of the Central Benchmarks and Auctions First Line of Defence Risk Team and will assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the front office control frameworks, contributing to a robust and preventive control framework in the business. Responsibilities include: Assisting and coordinate in the ongoing enhancement of the front office control framework related Central Benchmarks and Auctions First Line of Defence Risk Team Develop effective relationships within stakeholder groups Provide support on regular governance and reporting Involvement in assisting control remediation projects, as required. Preparation and analysis of management material for key senior governance forums. Provide cover and assist the wider team with other responsibilities Support the wider team in maintaining and improving governance and control frameworks related to Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk (CPaMP).
