This is a global role as part of the Central Benchmarks and Auctions First Line of Defence Risk Team and will assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the front office control frameworks, contributing to a robust and preventive control framework in the business. Responsibilities include: Assisting and coordinate in the ongoing enhancement of the front office control framework related Central Benchmarks and Auctions First Line of Defence Risk TeamDevelop effective relationships within stakeholder groupsProvide support on regularernance and reportingInvolvement in assisting control remediation projects, as required.Preparation and analysis of management material for key seniorernance forums.Provide cover and assist the wider team with other responsibilities Support the wider team in maintaining and improvingernance and control frameworks related to Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk (CPaMP).To be considered for this role, you will be required to possess the following skills/experience:A proven track record operating in a similar position within an investment bank or consultancy environmentProven experience with risk and control principles, including risk assessments, controls design assessments, controls operating effectiveness, and reporting activities.Strong execution skills with a focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelines.Good presentation,munication and facilitation skills.Attention to detail and good analytical skills to identify and assess risks and control gaps.A strong work ethic, personal initiative, and a high degree of professionalism are essential for success in this role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, presentation creation, and reporting.Strong relationship-building skills.This role will be 3 days working from the office in Belfast.
