Your Role with us:The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day. You will assist with customer queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings.

Do you have what we are looking for before you apply?

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office/customer service environment.
  • Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
  • Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
  • Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
  • Good administrative skills
  • Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.

What do we offer?

  • Full time work in our beautiful and friendly Media City office 9.30am - 5pm starts Monday to Friday (with a lovely 4.30pm finish on a Friday)
