Our client, a successful organisation based in White City, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Temporary Wholesale Order Administrator. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to a friendly and professional work culture. ??

What you'll do:

  • Accurately consolidate orders and back orders, working closely with customer services and wider sales teams to ensure order confirmation. ????
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer requirements during the consolidation process, ensuring smooth operations. ??
  • Rectify order release blockers for the warehouse by maintaining accurate inventory records and cleaning up order books. ????
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers in finding suitable replacements or alternatives, providing excellent customer service. ???�?
  • Support your line manager, the Head of Wholesale Customer Service, and the Commercial Business Analyst with ad-hoc requests, showcasing your versatility. ????

What you need to succeed:

  • Sales administration or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential. We welcome candidates with transferable skills and a positive attitude ????
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential. Show off your Excel wizardry, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs ?????
  • Strong organisational skills and a logical approach to tasks are crucial for efficient workflows and time management. Be the master of multitasking ???
  • Attention to detail is a must for maintaining accuracy in all aspects of the job. Your meticulousness will be valued ????
