Were looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. As a trusted advisor to our customers youll represent both the voice of Justt and the voice of the customer driving growth guiding clients through challenges and ensuring long-term success. Youll work across commercial technical and product functions partnering with diverse payment stakeholders externally and multiple internal teams to deliver measurable value and sustainable expansion.What youll doManage a portfolio of top-tier enterprise customers across commercial technical support and product dimensions Analyze portfolio performance combining data and customer feedback to generate actionable payment insightsIdentify and execute expansion opportunities end-to-end to achieve account growth targetsDefine and drive retention strategies through structured account plans to meet retention goalsLead business review meetings and engage senior management to strengthen multi-level stakeholder relationshipsAct as the go-to expert on new feature releases ensuring smooth and effective customer adoptionCollect and communicate client feedback to Product and R&D teams to influence roadmap prioritiesDeliver client training and enablement sessions to drive value realizationCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Product and Marketing to expand Justts regional presenceRequirements:5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager managing enterprise accountsProven track record in project management and cross-functional collaborationStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights and actionsDemonstrated success in building and growing long-term value-driven customer relationshipsComfortable operating in fast-paced dynamic environmentsWillingness to travel several times a yearExperience in the payments industry - an advantage Key Skills SAAS,Customer Service,Cloud,Healthcare,Account Management,CRM,Salesforce,Infrastructure,Client Relationships,New Customers,Territory,Trade shows,Sales Goals,Sales Process,Analytics Employment Type : None Experience: years Vacancy: 1
