We are committed to enhancing educational experiences and building a culture of excellence and we seek a teacher who shares our vision.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Class Teacher and EYFS Leader you will:Lead and manage the EYFS team ensuring high standards of care and education for all pupils.Develop and implement engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of all children in the EYFS.Monitor and assess childrens progress and development using this information to inform planning and support.Foster strong relationships with children families and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.Encourage a culture of inclusion ensuring that all children feel valued and respected.Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement the EYFS curriculum in line with statutory requirements.Support the transition of children from EYFS to Key Stage 1 ensuring continuity in learning.What Were Looking ForWe are seeking a qualified and passionate practitioner who:Holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and has experience in Early Years education.Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and its application in practice.Has high expectations for all children and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes.Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children families and staff.Is creative enthusiastic and able to inspire a love for learning in young children.Embraces diversity and promotes inclusive practices within the classroom.What We OfferA supportive and forward-thinking leadership team.A caring and collaborative staff community.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Engaged families and enthusiastic learners.The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our youngest students.We invite any applications who would like to visit the school to email Application ProcessTo apply please read the attached Notes for Applicants School Information and complete the Application Form.
