Food & Beverage Supervisor

Location: London, Greater London, United Kingdom

Salary: £24,500 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Cycas Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise food and beverage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering supplies and tracking usage
  • Assist with menu planning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the catering and hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, menu planning, and pricing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred
