Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to their dedicated team.Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning, and will be confident working across multiple office locations close to the area.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Providing expert legal advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering a high level of service and support.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless legal service.
  • Traveling to nearby offices in Buckingham as required to meet with clients and support the team.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in Private Client Law.
  • Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • Willingness to travel between the Prestwood and Buckingham offices.
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
