Security Control Centre Operative

ResponsibilitiesYoull play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:Maintain and update client security procedures; ensure team compliance.Coordinate specialised evacuation procedures (Fire Bomb Disaster Recovery).Liaise with Corporate Security Management Corporate Services and Business Units.Manage data input from client sites with accuracy and confidentiality.Ensure smooth and effective shift handovers.Escalate and monitor incidents per protocol until resolution.Communicate with external authorities (Police Fire Brigade) when required.Report grievances and serious concerns to the Line Manager immediately.Record all events accurately in the Daily Occurrence Log.Manage CCTV and Access Control Systems including database oversight.Monitor global alarms and CCTV feeds across European sites.Please note - The responsibilities listed here arent the full picturebut they give you a good sense of the role.
