Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? If the answer is yes; this position could offer you a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.? The role of Trainee Sales Consultant?is exciting and rewarding? 

Duties will include:

  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities? 
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants? 
  • Delivering exceptions customer service over the phone and face to face? 
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets? 
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.? 
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information? 
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally? 
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry? 
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close? 

Skills required:? 

  • At least six months to one years experience in customer service. 
  • Excellent sales ability.? 
  • High level of customer service skills.? 
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.? 
  • The ability to negotiate.? 
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.? 
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.? 
  • Be responsive to change.?
