Hays are working with a global top 10 full-service accountancy firm that are looking to hire a Senior Bids Executive to join their Marketing & BD function. They have a well-established Bids function of 7+ that sits centrally & contributes to winning business across the UK.

Your new role

This is a Senior Bids Executive role where you’ll project management & support end-to-end on a range of bids across a full range of service offerings & sectors. The team are well regarded internally & work closely with Marketing & BD colleagues as well as fee-earners to ensure their focusing on winning the right business.


You’ll work closely with a Bid Manager who will support & foster your career development & gain valuable experience leading on your own bids. They work on a range of opportunities from £100k + £1.5m+ & you’ll also be able to get involved in design & digital teamwork, scoping meetings, developing client propositions & a credentials/tenders bank, presentation rehearsals, & Partner coaching.


This is a permanent, full-time role based in London with hybrid working (2/3 split).


What you’ll need to succeed

  • Can demonstrate prior Bids experience in professional services
  • Confident communicator who can work with/influence fee-earners & advise on best practice
  • Proactively get involved with work & take the initiative
  • Familiar working to sometimes tight deadlines
