Economic Research Senior Analyst – Real Estate Investment

Freshminds is partnering with a leading international organisation to find an Economic Research Analyst who will play a key role in shaping long-term investment strategy and delivering insights on global real estate and macroeconomic trends.What you’ll be doing:• Conducting research on structural global trends such as demographic change, technological disruption, climate impact, and shifting growth drivers• Analysing how these macroeconomic forces influence risk, return, and investment opportunities across international real estate markets• Translating economic insights into applied portfolio and capital allocation recommendations• Assessing investment performance and benchmarking data to support strategic decision-making• Collaborating with a high-calibre team of economists and investment professionals to identify long-term opportunities and risksRequirements:• 3–5 years’ experience in economic research, consulting, investment analysis, or a related field• Strong academic background, preferably in economics, CFA (completed or in progress) desirable• Excellent quantitative, analytical and excel skills• Sound understanding of macroeconomics, corporate finance, and portfolio theoryThis is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven, globally minded organisation where research directly informs long-term strategic decision-making.
