Who Were Looking ForOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an experiencedInjection Moulding Setterto safely set up and operate moulding machinery in line with production specifications and company standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSet injection moulding machines to approved standards, ensuring efficient and accurate production.Operate machinery and maintain it in excellent working order, ensuring all processes are recorded and documented.Maintain strong 5S standards across machines, tooling, and work areas.Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with Tool Maintenance on insert changes and tooling condition, ensuring tooling is prepared in coordination with the planning team.Adhere to Health & Safety requirements within the injection moulding department.Ensure product quality meets specifications and escalate any concerns to the Quality team.Carry out effective shift handovers.Follow all departmental and company procedures.Support recycling processes to agreed standards.What You BringPrevious experience working with injection moulding machines and tooling.Experience setting Arburg moulding machines.Strong understanding of polymer materials and processing behaviour.Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good mechanical aptitude.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Recognised qualification in polymer processing.What You Will AchieveContribute to a successful, market-leading organisation that places people at the centre of its strategy.Take an active role in process improvement and problem solving.Support the development and introduction of new products and tooling.Work in a modern, newly built manufacturing facility.Help the business meet targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.Benefits25 days annual leaveFestive Christmas shutdownCompany-wide bonus schemeService and recognition awardsTraining and development opportunitiesCompany pensionLife assurance (4 salary)Discounted gym membershipEnhanced family-friendly policiesAnnual flu vaccination vouchersEmployee assistance programmeCash health planHome cyber-security trainingCycle-to-work schemeFree onsite parkingOur Clients CommitmentOur client is dedicated to building an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing workforce.
