Role: Release Train Engineer (RTE) – SAFe AgileLocation: Remote / HybridRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Chief Scrum Master to lead and coordinate multiple Scrum teams within a SAFe Agile framework. The role is closer to senior project/program management, with a strong focus on delivery, alignment, and execution across teams working on regulated products.You will play a key role in bringing together several Scrum teams to deliver complex, compliance-driven projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and regulatory requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for multiple Scrum teams operating within SAFe AgileCoordinate and align teams working across a shared program or release trainDrive end-to-end delivery and ensure teams follow through on agreed deliverablesManage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreamsSupport planning, execution, and delivery in regulatory-driven environmentsWork closely with engineering, product, quality, and compliance stakeholdersEnable effective collaboration across teams that may have previously worked in smaller or independent setupsRequired ExperienceProven experience working as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a senior Agile delivery / program management roleStrong understanding and hands-on experience with SAFe Agile practicesExperience coordinating multiple Scrum teams within a single program or releaseBackground in regulated industries, Experience working with embedded systems teams (e.g., robotics, embedded platforms)Important Note on FitExperience with embedded and hardware-adjacent teams is essential for success in this roleNice to HaveSAFe Agile certifications (RTE, SPC, or equivalent)Experience scaling Agile practices in growing or evolving team structures
