Salary: £34,000 per annum plus sleep nights paid at £60.00 per sleep . Must hold a level 3 Diploma in Residential childcare or equivalent.

Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off shift (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements: applicants must hold a full, UK driving licence (please note we cannot accept international driving licences unless issued in a country with a reciprocal arrangement)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in a children's home setting
Supervisory experience

What we are looking for:

Darwin Farm is a two-bedded children’s home, offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in educational and recreational activities such as bowling, ice skating and going to the cinema.

We offer routes for progression and the opportunity to complete Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications.
We offer BILD accredited, paid induction training
