Due to growth, they are now seeking to recruit a BIM Coordinator.The projects they undertake are typically large RC Frame led high rise mixed use developments with project values ranging from £30m-£200m in logistically tight city locations.The RoleThis BIM Coordinator will work as No2 to the Head of BIM and as part of a team of 4.The role would require the BIM Coordinator to oversee and manage BIM processes across multiple projects. The successful candidate will ensure the effective implementation and adherence to BIM protocols and procedures, contributing to the efficiency and success of projects.Key Responsibilities * Develop and Implement BIM Protocols * Coordinate BIM Activities: * Support Project Teams: * Ensure Data Quality and Consistency * Ensuring COBie data is managed effectively, compiling the final COBie together * Collaborate with Stakeholders: * Maintain BIM Documentation: * Optimize BIM Processes: * Ensure Compliance: * Manage Common Data Environment (CDE):The ideal candidate will: * Be proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. * Have experience with COBie completion * Possess CDE management skills. * Have strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols. * Possess excellent coordination and communication skills. * Be detail-oriented and capable of performing QA checks on complex data. * Demonstrate the ability to train and support project teams on BIM processes. * Have experience in managing and optimizing BIM workflows. * Be proactive in identifying and resolving BIM-related issues.What's in it for you? * Basic Salary £45k-£55k - This will depend on experience * Car/Travel Allowance * Pension * Healthcare * Bonus Scheme * Professional Memberships * Additional Benefits TBC
