Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Care: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and surpassed.- Sales Drive:Take the lead in driving sales opportunities, identifying prospects and converting leads into loyal customers.- Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our External Sales Person to maximise sales efforts and achieve collective goals.- Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
