Maintenance Manager

**We’re proud winners of the AA Small Hotel Group of the year 2024-25, rated as a Top 30 Best Place to Work in Hospitality 2024 by The Caterer, and recently crowned Best Employer at the 2025 Springboard Awards for Excellence**What you’ll be doing?As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of the hotel and all outdoor areas. You will liaise with contractors and assist the Group Maintenance Manager with health and safety, ensuring all company, statutory and legal regulatory requirements are met at all times.What you’ll need?The ideal candidate will have previous Facilities/Maintenance experience gained in a front facing customer environment (ideally hotels) as well as having a specialist trade yourself in electrical, plumbing, carpenter or construction.You will have practical working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, health and safety and fire regulations.
