We’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help establish solid relationships across our key target markets, whilst helping to drive our new business sales efforts and contribute to our international growth. We're looking for candidates that have experience within the publishing industry, either publisher-side or with a third-party vendor.


In this brand new position you’ll be working within our lead-generation team and alongside our Account Managers, tasked with opening new doors, nurturing existing prospects and building a pipeline of new business opportunities to help us hit our revenue targets. In this capacity you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and nurturing to closing deals.


You will also work on building and developing our partner relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that they understand PageSuite’s key USPs whilst exploring any collaboration opportunities to help further our reach.


You will have fantastic relationship management skills, excellent communication skills with a strong ability to discuss publishing topics and challenges, high-level technical product integrations and PageSuite’s own product suite.


As part of this role you will be required to represent PageSuite and meet with prospects and partners face-to-face and online, as well as attend international events.


The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. You should have evidence of strong sales skills and possess good negotiation skills. You will also have experience working within the publishing and media sector and bring in-depth knowledge to this role so that you can successfully position PageSuite's products within these markets.

Responsibilities


  • Build and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities in order to meet revenue targets
  • Work closely with our lead-generation team on new business campaigns and nurture any opportunities created from these campaigns
  • Establish and maintain key vendor relationships in order to help grow PageSuite’s presence within our key target markets
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the publishing market and key target prospects
  • Have a good understanding of our competitors and how their solutions compare against PageSuite
  • Keep on top of the latest product developments and enhancements at PageSuite to maintain excellent product knowledge
  • Demo PageSuite’s products to target prospects, either face-to-face or online
