We're seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow a desk within our US division. You'll be operating within one of the most lucrative markets in life sciences and working with an experienced team around you.


We are open to hiring at consultant to senior consultant level, depending on the level of experience.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
  • Experience bringing on and managing new clients
  • Proven experience in or demonstrated interest in life sciences
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment skills from sourcing to placement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to mentor and motivate more junior members of the team
  • Adaptability to work in international markets
  • Enthusiasm for developing expertise in niche life sciences areas
