Were looking for a dedicated Poker Room Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Bury New Road Manchester.In this role you will:Support and guide dealers to deliver an exceptional poker experience.Build strong relationships with customers helping them feel welcome and engaged.Work closely with the Management team to ensure a smooth transition from arrival to the poker table.Set the standard for how the Poker Room operates - efficiently professionally and with energy.Monitor and manage poker room performance ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.Drive customer engagement through promotions tournaments and tailored experiences.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall casino offering.Train coach and develop team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.Qualifications : Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a number of different issues as well as create implement monitor and evaluate the success of specific promotions.Extensive knowledge of all of the games operated in the Poker Room.An understanding of the rules that relate to both Tournament and Cash Game play.Experience in creating and leading a team.Additional Information : Why Join UsBecause your skill deserves the right setting.A Salary That Reflects Your Value - We know talent when we see it and we reward it.
