Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in UK


As an RPO Recruitment Team Lead for our Customer, a Global leader in biotechnology, life sciences, and diagnostics based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.


You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 to 10 recruiters who deliver end-to-end recruitment services for our clients in the UK, Ireland (UKI) and Nordics regions. You will oversee the quality, efficiency, and performance of your team, as well as provide coaching, guidance, and feedback. You will also liaise with the clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment of expectations, goals, and strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services that meet the clients' needs and expectations, as well as the contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on the recruitment metrics, trends, and challenges to the clients and senior management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for the recruitment team, and identify areas of improvement, training, and development.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the recruitment team to achieve their targets and objectives, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients, stakeholders, and internal partners, and act as the main point of contact for any escalations or queries.
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry standards, and best practices in recruitment, and share knowledge and insights with the team and the clients.


Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the RPO.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters, preferably for the UKI and Nordics regions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in English, and big plus if has any of Nordics language to mix.
