Currently looking for Development Team Leader to manage a team of 3 developers within a Microsoft centric stack: looking after the day2day management of the team, 121’s, in a flexible, supportive, collaborative manner.


You will form part of and lead a team responsible for the development and maintenance of the IT systems, in their internal IT function which is ~75 people strong supporting 1500 across the UK.


Skills:

  • SharePoint Online as a Developer or Administrator
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Enterprise, multi-site, IT systems.
  • Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Any SAP, Document Management, EDMS, or iManage experience is advantageous.


Main responsibilities:

As well as leading a team the successful applicant will be involved in all phases of the development of business-changing enterprise solutions, responsibilities will include:


  • Ensure the development standards are met.
  • Review system designs and provide feedback and guidance.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members.
  • Be an active member of team delivering the same quality development, administration, and support as other team members.
  • Regularly review the documentation standards with other team leaders and team members.


This role is suitable for someone that is happy to commute to Northampton 1 day a week.
