Generating revenue in excess of £30 million annually whilst growing profits year-on-year, we’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing, privately owned businesses. Our first physical store opens in 2023, signing a 10-year lease for our flagship retail space at 354 Oxford Street, London.


Role Overview


Reports To

Head of Marketing


As our Videographer, you’ll be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality video content that inspires our customer and showcases our unique designs, details and premium product offering. Acting as a gatekeeper for our video output, you’ll possess strong technical skills and a portfolio which demonstrates your flair for creativity and visual identity. This role will be integral in leading all video requirements across ecommerce, campaigns and social media, ensuring scroll-stopping content from ideation and planning through to filming and post-production. You’ll work on a range of exciting and varying projects, upholding a meticulous attention to detail in and amongst a busy workload, to continuously drive forward the look and feel of the brand.


The Day to Day


  • Efficiently manage video requirements across the business, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team and act as a visual guardian, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all video output.
  • Create compelling content that adheres to our strong visual identity, for ecommerce, campaigns and beyond.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of bestselling products to ensure unique selling points are highlighted (fabrics, fit, details and functionality).
  • Research and propose new ideas to test.
  • Brief freelance support as and when required.


You Should Apply If


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Videographer role or similar.
  • A keen interest in creative and visual identity.
  • Experience with studio equipment (cameras, lighting etc.).
  • Knowledge and understanding of post-production software.
  • Strong video and editing skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Studio.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of creative output are maintained.
  • A positive and collaborative work ethic, with the ability to work in a team and under own initiative.
  • An awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape and market trends.
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating your experience to date.


The Interview Process


Stage 1 – Internal Recruiter call (15 mins)


Stage 2 – initial chat (30 mins) an introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.


Stage 3 – formal interview (60 mins) the final stage is a case study and management interview with the hiring manager.
