About the Role

Our client, a production company is seeking to hire an experienced videographer for a single project involving filming a podcast in two locations within the United Kingdom: Twickenham and Manchester. The videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage of the podcast, providing raw video files as the deliverable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Film the podcast sessions at the specified locations in Twickenham and Manchester.
  2. Ensure proper lighting, camera setup, and audio capture for optimal video quality.
  3. Capture a variety of shots and angles to provide comprehensive coverage of the podcast.
  4. Manage and maintain all necessary video equipment throughout the filming process.
  5. Ensure the raw footage is properly organised and labeled for easy identification and delivery.
  6. Deliver the raw video files to the client by the agreed-upon project deadline of June 11th.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in similar projects
  • Proficiency in operating professional-grade video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
  • Strong understanding of videography techniques, including framing, composition, and camera movements.
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to capture high-quality footage in various settings.
  • Familiarity with on-location filming and the ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
