RevCro are proud to be working with a leading UK business in the retail sector, looking to hire a Revenue Operations Analyst, with previous HubSpot skills.

You will work closely with the existing RevOps team to enhance their RevOps Strategy.

HubSpot is their CRM of choice, enabling their UK Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to serve their customers.

  • Provide ongoing technical support for HubSpot users, including troubleshooting issues and reporting.
  • Analyse data through HubSpot to identify trends, key insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create reports and dashboards and use your findings to create actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and introduce automation of processes (new and existing) where necessary.
  • Ensure consistent accuracy in the forecasting process by tracking key metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their technical needs.
  • Constantly work towards an optimal RevOps strategy that aligns with the wider business goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, data reporting, integrations, and customisation.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make decisions through your findings.
  • 2 years in a Revenue Operations or Data Analysis role.
  • An understanding of the revenue life-cycle, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Experience using HubSpot alongside other CRMs (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide clear insights and recommendations.
