Position: SEN Secondary School Teacher
Class Size: Up to 12 pupils, with 3 Teaching Assistants
Location: Romford, RM1
School: Ofsted 'Outstanding' SEN School
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Salary: Paid to scale

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other complex needs.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with TAs and support staff to meet pupils developmental needs.
Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
Compassionate, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
