The company, a leader in their sector is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Financial Controller to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a full-time, permanent position where your expertise will directly contribute to the company's continued success and innovation.


As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial operations of this dynamic, fast-growing UK company. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategic decisions, optimising financial performance, and driving sustainable growth.


The responsibilities:

  • Manage annual budgets, business plans, and revenue forecasts.
  • Deliver timely monthly management information to Board & Leadership Team.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts.
  • Partner with department heads on strategic matters.
  • Present financial data to Board and external stakeholders.
  • Support commercial negotiations and manage legal agreements.
  • Oversee pension fund finance and participate in trustees' board.
  • Assess operational workflows to improve ROI and efficiency.


The candidate:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong Excel and accounting software skills.
  • Experience in system implementation and process review.
  • Proactive all-rounder with the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a decisive approach.
