Key Requirements:

  • SEND Experience: Prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
  • Good Sense of Humour: Ability to engage and connect with children in a fun and positive manner.
  • Behaviour Management: Proficiency in implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Initiative: Excellent use of initiative to support both teachers and students.
  • Supportive Nature: A caring and understanding approach to cater to different children's needs and learning styles.
  • Understanding of Learning Styles: Awareness of diverse learning styles and how to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
