Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Improvement: Shape and deliver improvement projects for our Sales, CRM, and Policy Administration systems.
  • Production Support: Manage system support, working closely with business operations to minimize post go-live manual support.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of 5+ business analysts, overseeing their project assignments and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance methods for requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Project Management or Senior Business Analyst roles, with experience in CRM and Policy Admin systems.
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience managing on-shore and off-shore development teams using agile methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g., Prince 2).
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
