Mersea Homes, a family-run leading new homes developer, is looking for an Experienced Site Manager to join our dedicated team. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the build program, ensuring key milestones are met and effectively communicating any changes.
  • Manage site operations, contractors, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level site management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols; SMSTS qualification is essential.
  • Solid IT skills, with the ability to effectively use site management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
